Rss Content Questions

When I post content on my website nothing goes to my rss feeds it doesnt even show one post, how can I fix that when I add content it shows up in my feeds and to my readers?

you need an rss parser on your account or you need to link to one on a third party site.

I dont want to show rss feeds on my site, I want my site to show up in my readers rss feeds, none of my content shows up in my rss feeds they show as no posts made.
