Default how to make my site uniform in different browsers

My domain name is renchurch.com. My web site looks great on my computer - but it does not look the same in other browsers and on other computers. How can I get my web site to look the same in any browser and on any computer? My email address is renlife******.com and I am Rick.
    Thank you.

Unfortunately it will need a bit of a re-vamp. This might help.
Also at this stage it would be worth resizing & naming your images to get rid of the fuzzy look & help speed up page loading times.
IE: http://renchurch.com/images/Renchurc...%27s%20346.jpg is around 462.13 kB & should be around 10kb max with a name of just "renchurch.jpg".
