How to make border lines in BV?

Hi,
I have a site which is 800 pixeles wide.
How do i make borders to this site?

Use the table or the shapes available to create yourself a border area, both work well.

Could you be more specific.
I would like to control the color of the borders and would like them to be on the side and not as a square.
I would also like different color on the outside and white inside whee i write.
