Thread: allow customer note

    Default allow customer note

    Hi, I'm having trouble working out how the customer can add a note.

    I've done an add to cart link and I've ticked the allow customer note button, but when its added to the paypalcart, there is nowhere to add the comment in the checkout process

    any ideas?

    You can preset your transaction page directly on the PayPal website, which will then present to customers each time your transaction page is created.
    If your PayPal Account Profile does not allow this (as international profiles follow different Rules), there is nothing you can do to create or "add" it separately.

    Try creating a button in PayPal's site and see if it works (displays the "comments" textarea)
