I requested that the account be reset, which they did, all that's there is a cgi.bin file

I did not realize that they would delete my email also. I can not get into the cpanel, emails or ftp. None of the old passwords work and I do not have emails

Contact support again. Only they can help.

There is no half measure in an account reset, when you request a reset, we reset everything to the factory state...this includes email, databases, log files etc... That's what a reset is...Its just like you just signed up and your getting a fresh new account.

Please check your support ticket, the new password should be included, if not..just reply and ask for it.
