Changes to my Web Page Not Showing up on internet

When I publish my edited web page, and then go live to look at the site, the old, unedited page still shows up on the internet. Has anyone else had this problem? It shows that the site was published, but the changes do not show on my live page.

It sounds like you may be publishing to an old server... the servers were upgraded in June... Click here to see what your new server IP is.

Also if you don't see the new IP address in your IP options then you need to download the BV upgrade.
