W3C Improvements
- Improvement: Make Horizontal line is W3C compliant.
- Improvement: Make improvements to table HTML code to make sure it's compliant with the W3C standards.
- Improvement: Events validate on W3C validator.
- Improvement: Includes 'loose.dtd' for HTML 4.01 DOCTYPE (and make all generated HTML comply to this standard), for improved W3C compliance.
- Improvement: Make borders for all objects compliant to the W3C box model.

General
- Improvement: Background alignment improvement for Firefox/Safari compatibility.
- Improvement: Preview in browser menu displays associated icon for specified browsers.
- Improvement: Add DPI awareness to object font handling (for systems not set to 96 DPI)

- New feature: Add size/position Tooltips while resizing and moving objects and ruler guides.
- New feature: Add the ability to lock ruler guides.

Events
- New feature: Add 'SetStyle' action to Events, so you can dynamically set a new style for objects.

- Improvement: Horizontal/vertical center in browser option displays scrollbars if the browser window is too small (revised code).

- Improvement: Create a new Internet Explorer specific tab in Page Properties which includes all (deprecated) IE features, so users are more aware not to use these for W3c compliancy.

- New Feature: Add Search Engine Optimization section to Page Properties. Add Robots, Revisit After and Expires options.

Menubar
- New feature: Make Menubar structure more search engine (SEO) friendly, use unsorted lists instead of javascript for the menu structure.
- New feature: Menubar accepts <b>, <u> and <i> in item text.
- New feature: Add sub menu orientation property to menubar (bottom/upper left/right).
- New feature: Add 'ButtonSpacing' to MenuBar, so you can set the spacing between buttons images.

Navigationbar
- New Feature: Add animation to Navigationbar to add cool animations (fade, slide left/up/down/right) to the rollovers.
- New feature: Add 'custom image' option to navigation bar. Allows the user to quickly select custom images for the menu.

Text Menu
- Improvement: TextMenu supports white spaces as delimiters.

Go Menu
- New feature: Adding styling options to GoMenu.

Flash
- Improvement: Flash is now using swfobject.js version 2.2 for improved browser compatibility.

HTML Object
- Improvement: HTML object now supports up to 2147483646 (0x7FFFFFFE) characters instead of just 30000.
- New Feature: Add Start of Page, Between <head></head> tags, Inside <body> tag, After <body> tag, Before </body>, End of page options to HTML object. This allows you to easily copy/paste page HTML from one page to another.

RSS feed
- New feature: Add 'Import' and 'Copy' options to RSS feed.
- New feature: Add 'Custom image ' option to RSS Feed.

Text Art
- New Feature: Add 18 new warp styles in TextArt.
- New feature: Text Art Gallery option with 25 predefined textart styles 'inspired' by MS WordArt...

Layers
- New feature: Add 'Sticky Layer' mode to layer. This option keeps a layer visible (top/bottom/left/right) at all times. This can be useful if you want to keep a menu or image visible even if the page scrolls. Animation is also an option!
- New feature: Header/Footer mode which can be useful if you are using the layer as a header or footer for your page (usually in combination with the 'relative horizontal resizing' option).

Combobox
- New feature: Add border style to combobox (implement through workaround since this is not offically supported)
- New feature: Import option Add to combobox. Select from predefined values (countries, states, days etc) or import from an external file.

This new release ALSO fixed the "Unexpected File Format" issue that was preventing many of my BV files from opening. This one fix will literally save me HOURS of re-building what I thought were lost files!

OK, I have resolved the problem that did not relate to bv12.2
A portion on an IFrame was overlapping the text links causing them to be visible but not clickable.

I've downloaded BV 12.2 and looked all over the buttons and dropdown menus, but I can't find any "Slide Show" tool. I would expect to find it by clicking "Insert" (in BV's top menu) and going to "Extra" but it's not there. Can someone help me find it?

I have Windows7 64bit OS. I installed BV V12.2 over top V12. I had to reinstall a few times and after each time, I got a Windows warning that the Program might not have loaded properly .... with explanation that usually caused by unsuccessful loading of a Driver.
I opened a new page each time I started it up and looked under Help>About BlueVoda to see which version was being displayed. It still reads Version12. Should it not show Version 12.2 ??? I checked a new feature like " Image Rollover - Animations" and it was there and worked fine. So I'm left wondering if the Version Number in the "About BlueVoda" is just an oversight????

The Slide Show toll is called 'Ad Banner Rotator'. You will find it under Insert, Extra, Ad Banner Rotator.

Similar problem, but i still have the version before 12.0 i upgraded to 12.0 and never worked, it says that is 12.0 but is not.
I don't have re-captcha or any of the other futures.
Now i tried 12.2 and same thing, i don't get the new version, i have tried to re install it many times and also deleted the older version and start from scratch and nothing...

I need help also. Facing great problem after download BlueVoda Version 12.0 also & now tried by new upgrade Version 12.2, but i couldn't work with site builder since long time when i try to build a page that within a second the mouse become freeze & suddenly just after few seconds my computer screen out & become black & just after few seconds again return back by changing the colour of templet & again & again doing the same thing happaning randomly.
I have been removed completely BlueVoda site builder from my computer & then run Ccleaner many times then again download newly but unfortunately always the same results & its impossible to work one miniute even. Now i am quite unable to cange anything in my existing pages & do not to build new page.
So please help me to resolve this problem.

Lightbox presentation used to work as a slide presentation that centred the image on the page and blacked out the surrounding area - very cool. Now all my gallery thumbnails just take you to a separate page with the larger image - boring! I have recently started using (not through choice) Internet Explorer 9 so this may be something that needs to be taken into consideration. Since upgrading to version 12.2 somehow I'm getting all of the wrong link colors whenever I publish or preview any page of my site. I've double check the colors of the links multiple times in properties but there seems to be no solve. Any ideas? I've tried installing version 11 again and now it wont open my pages.

I would like to know if there are some updated videos or material to read about the version 12.2. Only things I find are all the wonderful new features. I want a video explaining how to create a new page from another page where i am just changing a few pics and text. because the new version does not allow you to copy paste, delete and then save as new page and publish with out your whole site getting messed up.

I have an old site from last year i need to go make a few changes and add facebook link, I am so afraid that if I do this in the new version everything will get messed up. I keep hearing what not t do, but I want to learn "what to do".
