Blank Space for AdSense

Do we need to leave a blank space to display AdSense when we do design our webpage?

To add AdSense to a web page using BlueVoda, you will paste the HTML code into a HTML Box which you will insert onto your page, and, if you size this HTML Box according to the specified layout size of the display you have selected, it will provide you an accurate area to not overlay with any other element.
