No.

You can't insert a Excel table in your BV page on your desktop, but you can insert it in a live page, in the following way:

Export the Excel sheet as HTML.
Then upload the file on your site.
Last, create an Iframe in your BV page, and set as source for the Iframe the HTML file you have exported from Excel.
