    Default Why I was provided a new Password because of FAIL to publish?

    Hi!
    Please Help!

    I submitted a support ticket of fail to publish,
    and was provided a new password,
    even I have asked if the password same as connecting FTP manager?
    Using new provided password also fail to publish.

    I was told to check here: http://www.whatismyip.com/
    the result is:
    Your IP Address Is: 114.79.12.189
    No Proxy Detected

    I check again at:
    http://www.spyber.com/ip-lookup.php
    Your IP Address Is 114.79.12.192

    Why the IP Address number are different, and these are reasons causing fail to publish?

    Any solution?

    You have to check your domain IP address, not the one you are connecting from.

    This way you can find out if your old server IP address has changed and to what it has changed.
