Default Light box not working correctly

After a lot of hard work, the light box design element has stopped working correctly. I have brought all the light boxes to the front and tried various combinations but light boxes are still opening with surrounding text and images displaying in front of them. Can anyone help me with this issue?

    Thanks

Default Can't access Light Box Fix

Still have issue with light box. Had a previous thread which was closed, so I could not respond there. Problem: The light box, when opened, has other text and images in front of picture.

The moderator gave an answer and in that answer the link does not work and you get an error 404.

In fact, the link does work, and is the solution you need to pursue. >> http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/gen...tml#post364854

If you are having singular difficulties, the post has been copied here as an aid to your progress:

You cannot use "Save Page As" method to "copy" a page formatting to create a new page anymore: you must use either CLONE or the COPY + PASTE Icon method instead.

This also means the "PHP Include" method no longer works properly with the new BV coding, so using the "Single Page PHP Menu" and other scripts like LightBox and Gallery are also adversely affected with regard to positioning and/or "order" (text or Menus may appear over a LightBox display, for example).

If your pages rely heavily on these elements, you are better off not upgrading to BV12 and instead reverting back to the last issue prior to the new coding (as long as your IP is still on the Publish Dialog Menu).
*Be sure to download a copy of this earlier version of BV in a folder of it's own that can be saved separately from any BV installation, and from which after downloading you can COPY FILE to your Desktop to extract and install from (keeping the original copy separate and safe).

The zip file in this solution directs to a error 404. It does not work, as previously stated.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Exclamation Re: Can't access Light Box Fix Still

I have provided personal a copy of BVsv2.zip for you to use below, if you do not wish to follow the link at the bottom of the 404 page and be emailed directly from VodaHost a copy of BV11.4 ... you should, in fact, request such, as it will be an official distribution whereas the one below is not.

    * Be sure to note that if your IP is not listed in the Publish Dialog of either BV11.4 or BVsv2, you will in fact have to use BV12 and work-around the issues that the new WC3 coding presents with regard to "page order" and "positioning" of elements scripted (such as Lightbox, dynamic Menus, etc.). Remember also, to always SAVE each copy of BV into a new folder to keep them separate and re-usable if necessary, and to then "copy" the zip file onto your Desktop to extract, run Setup, and install.
