Background - shows several times

Hi,

Please advise why the background shows more then once. Please see http://www.qwinki.com/hr/2.html
The header repeats. The size of background 1500x650, the size of the page 900x650.
Can't get this right!

To provide a universally optimal view and to prevent images from 'tiling' across the screen, background images need to be at least 1750 pixels wide and at least 1000 pixels tall to allow room for normal page Content development. Ideally, background images are normally a minimum of 1750 x 1500 pixels for proper display in the majority of monitor resolution settings.
