Webform not working

Hi there can some one help
my clients are not able to submit information through webforms
, on a form submission get following reply on a blank screen
"Not able to send client email"

Please review the Website FORM Checklist.

In your case in particular:
1. Even though you are Saving and Publishing ALL your pages as ".php" they still need to be Titled, Saved, and Published using lower case letters only, as this is in keeping with how the FORM script is written as well. For example, your "About_Us.php" page should be "about_us.php" .... and especially your "Contact_Us.php" should be "contact_us.php" AND you should review Form Properties to be sure you have re-titled the Form from the default "contact" to "contact_us" (as described in Step 7 in the FORM Checklist above, to change the defaulted Name).

Try reviewing all of these as a matter of CONTINUITY. You will likely spot areas that need correction or editing to be brought within these parameters.
