Link colours

I've set all my hyperlink colours and formatting on my top blue nav bar and nearly everything works ok.
However, I have always had trouble with my ONLINE SHOPPING link on the top nav bar and at the bottom of the page.
The visited and hover links are a different colour despite my settings!
The problem seems to happen on every page.

I'm confused!
Can anybody advise a solution please?

It is a "Continuity" issue compounded by improper Save method.
