Question Pictures on website do not match the pictures I published

I've had this happen to multiple pages that I've published. I've uploaded one example of this here: http://imgur.com/QId3kjk
What can I do to keep this from happening? I don't believe it's a caching issue because am I not changing pics on the same page. These are different pages all having the same issue. I hope to publish once and not have to edit them again as they are reference pages for our customers.

Thanks, and hope you can help. This is a very frustrating problem.

Hi, this usually occurs when your images have been saved with spaces between words, ie: yellow flower.jpg. If you have done this you should resave the images with no spaces, insert the pictures again, and then publish the pages again. If it is still an issue you should open a support ticket so we may investigate for you.
