Making BV site Mobile-friendly

I made my page with BlueVoda. It is www.rd77.com
But when I verify with Google webmaster about mobile-friendly the response is not mobile-friendly.

How can I resolve this issue?

There is no real way to "resolve" the issue of a BlueVoda created web page not being responsive (site design re-sizes according to the device).

You can purchase and use a responsive website Template in a number of formats (HTML5, Flash, etc. -- whichever format you are comfortable "customizing"), and even find hundreds of free and Mobile-ready responsive Themes for Wordpress, Joomla, Mambo and other CMS platforms.
