BV wont load on windows 10 machine

i've load BV countless times on various windows machines over the years - but just loaded on a new Windows 10 machine. Install freezes at installing texture files; everytime at same place "texture9.bmp".

Any install issues on windows 10?

Hi, try creating a new windows user on the machine then installing BlueVoda on the new user!

Tried it, same issue. Machine is an acer ****** V3-772G-9820
