Error 308: There is a problem with the mobile domain: Invalid mobile domain name

When signing up for the 30 day trial, I made a mistake entering my desired mobile url and entered www.beauxartsfair.com (my current domain) instead of m.beauxartsfair.com... I got the activation email, however I'm getting "Error 308: There is a problem with the mobile domain: Invalid mobile domain name" when trying to log into the mobile software... I also am unable to log into vodahost mobile website account to open a ticket... Can you fix it or tell me how to open a ticket to resolve this issue?

Select Contact Customer Support then Customer support.

I cannot find the domain in our records, you might need to sign-up for the free trial again.
