One Website..... many different appearances..HELP!!

Hi FOLKS....

I hope I am in the right place....
I am little flummoxed... and need a few tips on how to make this specific page appear more uniform on the different screens
(phone/tablet/laptop). The images are also moving somewhat as is the text!
