Thank you Bill - this has been a learning experience and thanks to Chris I learned how to reduce the size - without cutting all the action out maybe I'll try to put this clip on the actual site

Hi Ann,
Both loaded for me quickly. Regarding size... it really depends on how much space you are wanting to allocate on your page. I happen to like a little larger than the norm. Sometimes videos are so small I don't even bother to watch them.
I guess... size does matter!

Finally added the video - it is taken out of a dirty windshield so it is a little blurry - http://www.movingon1.com/changes.php - at least now i have an idea how to do it.

Looks great. I do lots of video on our site and use .wmv format, about two minutes long opening in windows media player. Easy to manage and publish.

Hello
Im am trying to add slide shows and a movie clip i made there not very big - but, i used my ******* dvd creator to make slide show movie, and jalbum to copy a movie, what do i convert these into to to beable to add to my site there must have been a converter i missed or something and as far as the tutorials i didnt see any.
so my question is there a converter i need, a short cut what am i doing wrong, word of mouth is more helpful, please help this is the only thing im having trouble with.
