Anyone recommend a good flash generator program?

Looking for a good Flash banner creator. I was using SWF Text but is there any other easy to use programs...i don't really have any flash experience!

Koolmoves was a really simple to use program which i used once. Like flash MX but a lot easier to use. Not free though i'm afraid. try a google search for it.
