How to make a Search Engine on your site?

I want to make a search engine on my site. So if you want to search something you can typ it in, and click on GO and you wil see results.

I dont know how to make that, do you have any advise?

Hi, you can use Google’s search on your site. (Not sure if you have to sign up for this one) Same as the one at the top of my pages.
Or you can try this one a few people on this forum use. http://www.freefind.com/

If you try Google, you do have to register
