Linking Pages - HELP

We've watched the linking pages tutorial but it doesn't show you how to link 2 separate web pages.

We have our 'index' page and we are wanting to add a new page e.g 'links'. How can we link them together so that by say clicking on a button we are taken to the other page and vice versa?

Name and publish the second page. Your link to the second page would be http://yoursite.com/second_page.html...s, of course). The link back to the index page is simply your default address.
