Changing The Cursor Image

Hello All. On one of my pages, I would like to change the look of the standard "pointed finger" cursor to an image of my choosing. Is this possible? If so, please tell me the step-by-step instructions to make it happen. Thanks. :)

Vasili, you closed the thread before I could thank you for your help. Unfortunately, with my limited computer knowledge, I have no idea what I just read or what those "instructions" were they talking about. Thanks anyway.
