Answers must always be kept short. It is not possible to have step by step instructions on your various issues, since there are more than 1000 support requests per day. Please understand that the reason behind the tutorials is to guide you to the procedure, not to build your website.. Only when you have mastered the basic issues, you can go on with more specific ones. On the other hand, there is an immense knowledge base and 10'ths of forum members that will always guide you (or at least try) through your site building. And, if you use the forum search tool, you will find out that most (if not all) of your questions, have been already answered many times, so they are just out there for you to find them.

Posting criticism without mentioning why you're posting that criticism is a bit unfair, don't you think? A support ticket is designed for specific problems (site offline, can't upload files, etc). If you are submitting tickets hoping for help in building a site or editing files, you're going the wrong way about it.

As Naveldesign very aptly put it, the tutorials and this forum are your best resources for the info you need. You posted a thread here and got answers. Why not post another one?
