There sure is! On the page, right click a blank space and choose Page Properties from the options. Once there, put a check in the box marked "Center in Browser". Keep in mind that your page size will affect this - if your page is larger than 800 pixels wide, it probably won't display properly.

your first page is centered - records and links are both a little off - remember to check page properties and make sure width is still at 800 everytime you work on a page - before you republish
