Can I work with Flash-type templates using VodaBlue? Do I need any additional plug-in(s) to do so? For example, the template below?

I am a total neophyte, though I have used MS Frontpage before and I do have Photoshop, but I was going to use VodaBlue. My question was not whether VodaHost can host a flash site... my question is whether I can make build-on/tune the flash-type template using VodaBlue? Thanks, M

VodaHost - Let me further clarify my question. I am standing by to purchase one of the flash website templates at VodaHostTemplates. I need to know if VodaBlue is sufficient for building on such a template. My question deals NOT with hosting capabilities. See my original post.
