help i cant publish

i have made my webs but i cant publish because it says the ip in welcome but it did not come can somebody help and is the username my one right now?? please help

Your username and password is in your "Welcome" email after purchasing your hosting package.
If your IP# is not listed in the dropdown download the newest version of the BV web builder and the IP# will be there. You will not lose any files when downloading the newest version.If you did not receive your "Welcome" email make sure to check your SPAM file. If not there submit a support ticket.
