If you have a drawing program, all you would need is two images of a yellow tab. Then you'd just use the BV rollover tool to make the several rollovers. the yellow footer would just be a shape.

I would like to insert a top tab menu bar like this website Shop safe , I searched in this forum, but no hope. Is there anyone out there knows how to and where to find it?

P.S I am talking about the main menu bar which is showing shopping directory, compare prices, voucher codes and so on...
