Exception error 12029

Trying to publish a page after changes made. I get a message saying "Internet exception error 12029 - the attempt to connect to the server failed". I have just had my SSL renewed as I was getting emails saying it expired over a year ago. Is this something to do with it? kieranrobertsart.com
