video from windows media player

Ok I got a problem, I already saw the tutorial video but still got a problem. I did put up the WMV icon up and tried to put my video up that's in mpeg format. I even previewed the page but still, I get a lined-box appearing and a red "x" at the corner. What can be wrong?

Right hand click on X > show picture.........If this doenst work transfer wav file to the ftp link file from there and run.

Well, I clicked on the windows media player icon that's found on the left side in that panel. Then I dragged it over to the screen and just dragged it to whatever size I wanted. Doubled clicked on the icon to locate a file to put on there. I located a file and used a mpeg movie. Then I clicked to preview but nothing came up.
