Hi George,

With the trouble with my emails recently I just wanted you to know I re-published after you had sorted the form, this seems to have over-ridden things and now the form is not working again.

Could you get in touch as at the moment I have a contact page with no way of people contacting me. If you received my email then no worries, if not can you re-publish your end and then send the page to me please.
