Well, if they have spotted your form, and manually follow all changes that you are making (page name), there is little that you can do.

You can install ABVFP and use its fieldname extensions system, that will disallow URLs from the fields, thus not accepting such submissions.

Di you DELETE the old page from the server ? If not, maybe they are still sending you spam from there.

I changed the name of the page with this form, and had to change throughout the web site and republish every page and today I received this garbled junk. Any other suggestions?. What should the encoding type be? Values submitted from web site form: Please reply to my new email which I have already submitted to Blue Voda - patricia.mccabe@insightbb.com. Thank you

This is a spam bot submission, has nothing to do with your form encoding type.

The only thing you can do is change the page name (and your menus, so they point to the new page), publish the new page, and delete the old one from the server.

Received garbled message from my form

I just received a message from a form that creates an order, however it can't be read. Here are the details: "from" (my voda username given when first bought hosting) @vada31.com, here is part of the message:

Values submitted from web site form:
TextArea2 : qGa2Yd knsumderuisi, fzsqvvlpycvb, [link=http://nfdmuwdadhkh.com/]nfdmuwdadhkh[/link], http://ixczhdlaksst.com/
TextArea3 : qGa2Yd knsumderuisi, fzsqvvlpycvb, [link=http://nfdmuwdadhkh.com/]nfdmuwdadhkh[/link], http://ixczhdlaksst.com/
TextArea4 : qGa2Yd knsumderuisi,

It goes on like this. Questions: Would my encoding type be wrong?
Should it be: wriet form data to .csv file?

What do you think went "terribly wrong"?

I need to know pretty quick, since this is an orer. THanks
Trish
