Rename your Submit button from "Button1" to "submit" so you will avoid receiving it in the mail.

    Not receiving form name

    www.freeworkshops.com.au/self_defence.php

I receive the following information after inputting the form on the above site.

Values submitted from web site form:
    Name : richard marlin
    Email : richard@??????????.com.au
    Phone : 041607 0505
    Button1 : Send

It does not tell me which form it is coming from. Can I do something to address this? The form has been named as "self_defence" with no spaces.

    Thank you.
