The page seems to be working fine as well as the mailto links, are you getting a specific error message? Please note the visitor must have a default mail client in order for a mailto link to work properly.

The form is sending OK to the email hosted on our servers, I notice you are using gmail for another of the emails so I updated your DKIM and SPF records, please allow some time and see if this fixes the issue.

I have been using this form for 10+ years and suddenly it is no longer sending data to my email address/s. Email addys are working... nothing in SPAM folder.
thoughts?
