Hi. How do I to point people to a single page of my site which I do not list on the menu?

You either have to provide a link of some sort on the page or mail them the link. It could be a simple text link or a linked image. Either-or would suffice. For text: highlight the text and click the hyperlink button (looks likea globe with a link on it) and enter the desired URL

or

right click the image, go to properties and set up the link in the same way there.
