Your best best it to simply make a slideshow in Windows Movie maker, and select a slow total dissolve....this is nothing more than tweaking the transition: the time, the type of transition (dissolve) and defining the nature of that dissolve.

Otherwise, do it in Flash, and you can find an super-easy to learn editor, as well as many free converters.

I want the pictures to appear like a gallery, but I want them to ramdly fadein and out. I tried it in movie maker and no luck. what am I doing wrong?
