Background image question. First try; I don't relly know how to ask this one.

I have seen websites where there is a background picture and then you put text/graphics over it but it can still be seen. It's as if the text and pictures on top are themselves somewhat transparent.

If someone can point me in the right direction, it will be appreciated.

Lastly, I'm not real good with word descriptions, so if you're going to give me instructions, please make them very simple, clear and step by step.

1. What is your Domain Name, or website URL that is hosted at VodaHost (required to be included in your posts)??
