My site needs help to show up on SE`s

Ok here is my question.
First this is my website

The only way i can find it on a search engine is here

This is of course is me asking questions about my own website.LOL

I just read the SE info from Bethers and it was helpful but how do i make it so when someone types takotuning in thier SE it shows up?
Do i use meta tags or just use text on my web page to get the SE`s to notice my site. I tried Yahoo and it doesnt even get any results.

Well that was my beginner question for the day.
