    My computer is showing signs of
    fatigue and I want to do a Backup
    before it crashes.

    Easy and safe ways to do so, please?

    Open a new folder on a pendrive or yourdisk.
    Goto your cpanel and do a full backup to the above folder.

    Writing the folder to DVD wold be a more permanent backup.
