There is in fact a selection near each listed installation to UPGRADE that particular installation. There is nothing different with your cPanel than any other, so do your best to logically follow the process to individually manage your phpBB.

Thank you for spending the time with me.

Here is what I've done so far.

IF your phpBB was installed via Fantastico:

Yes it is.

1. Access your hosting account Control Panel

Done

2. Click on the FANTASTICO Icon (lower section of cPanel Home page)

No problem so far.

3. In left sidebar, click > phpBB

Still good

4. The phpBB Front page will show you each instance of installation you have in your account. Click on the installation you wish to upgrade.

Oops! There is a part of the problem. I can only visit or delete my page.
I went down this path for over a week trying to figure out how. Php forum did their best and their last answer was ask your host since it was a ''one click'' installation. There's maybe some access I don't have.

5. Once on the specific installation Front page, click > UPGRADE and follow instructions.

I just get my welcome page....

Does anyone know how to update my forum phpbb from 3.0.8 to 3.0.9?

People at php said I should ask here since I used the ''one click mode'', which by the way was perfect for me.

Apparently, I might not have all the access needed.

If I do have all the access needed, is anyone would be willing to show me?
