cant access cpanel

Im afraid I dont understand now how to get on to Control Panel.

My IP address has recently changed and I cant seem to publish my pages. When the publishing box comes up with an option to select a different IP address, my new IP address isnt in the list.

To get on to cpanel I would normally click on a link in an old email but this has my old IP address linked to it. I have also tried clicking on the link in Bluevoda when making my pages. Thats doesnt seem to work. Please could you send me a link to it?

Re-download BV & install, it will update the ip address list. (You wont loose anything doing this)

Seems like the zipped version has not been updated yet, but the executable one is updated and it contains your IP address.
