do i use fantastico to uninstall ocscommerce?

I want to delete OsCommerce shopping cart from my website. I've successfully deleted the corresponding mysql database but I can't remove the oscommerce directory from my FTP (it's called chemrefer.com/pay).

Do I use fantastico on my control panel to fully delete it from my FTP?

yes if you install it through fantastico you can uninstall through fantastico too and all their file will disappear
