Can't login to CPanel

Hi! My domain is chiwebeach.com and I registered it in March this year but have only started working on the site now - nothing published. I should still be able to login to CPanel, correct? When I go to the login form page and enter chiwebeach.com and click Login, I almost immediately get an error page saying "server can't be found". Any help appreciated, thanks!
