I was having a similar problem. It finally updated, but the "update now" button has disappeared.

Hi - thanks for reply. Well, it's tomorrow (for me at least) and I've just checked the stats again - and - still absolutely no movement - it's now been at least a full 24hrs since it recorded a visit and I know that's not true. Irksome in the extreme!!

Odd. It might be a problem with Awestats today. I wouldn't worry about it right now, try it tomorrow.

Hi

I've been using Awstats - nice and clear and simple - no problems - until today. It flatly refuses to acknowledge any visits today - and I KNOW there have been visits - I've been messing around on my site today - and it reckons NOBODY has been in - can't be right!
Is it something to do with your flash new servers? Is there anything I need to do? Advice required. Many thanks.
