Not shore on the parking with VH (Assuming you have your domain with them), but would personally get the site up & running & qualified for Google adds.

        No.
Hosting services are not provided on an "on-demand basis" .... your election to fully use or not use your hosting services provided by VodaHost is strictly your decision. Like registering a Domain, you pay for the Term of service provision, and just because you are not using a Domain does not mean that "use" affects "term" in any way at all.

In subsequent duplicated threads, you have posted that you actually prefer to not have AdSense on your pages, that they "clutter" it up. Since it was you that installed AdSense on your pages manually, it is up to you alone to simply remove them (by deleting the HTML Box you pasted code into) from your pages.

You can't have it both ways. And, if you are getting a message from Google specifically about your site that you cannot understand, it is best that you seek answers from Google directly rather than have anyone else guess (their HELP CENTER has tons of explanations and answers that will satisfy your inquiries).
