You don't need dedicated IP and ssl . If you ever need them in the future, you can then purchase them.

For presales you can submit a ticket even without domain name and CP username.
Anyway, go here and in the second page chose Option A (with free domain name), in the next page you will be asked for the domain name to register free of charge. No need to enter any coupon if you select option A

Annual billing is $95.40.
But when I go to next page the total purchase is
$115.35 (95.40 + $19.95 for Domain Name Registion.)
Please explain, why domain registration is not FREE?
To ask again, Must I fill in the coupon number, in order to get a Free domain? and where do get the coupon number?
