More IP questions

I have paid for a domain name, but still have no I.P. address. Do you have to pay for this seperatly or does it come with it. I am also un able to submit a ticket. It says that my email is not valid and I am using the same email that was on the printed out order conformation email.

You don't get an IP address with a domain name. You need to sign up for a hosting account. When you have created your account you will be sent a 'welcome' email which will contain your login, password and IP address. I didn't realise, in your other post, that you had only purchased a domain name.
