Re: Need a flash expert please

Allrighty then. How? :) Remove the plugins, and do the same thing with the active x? All I did was drop em in and put the url in the box that came up. Same thing?

Dropped in Photodex presenter activex. Have a black box. Will it disappear the same way the plugin boxes do when it goes online?

        disregard

        Try this:

Ok, I read the manual for progold...

it seems the program genrates an html code... generate the HTML code in your flash program.

To Add a Web Show to Your Website:

1 Create the Flash show by clicking
        Create in the

        Create Flash Show
        dialog.

2 Upload the Flash show to your web server using
        FTP.

        3 Click
< View HTML > in the Create Flash Show

        dialog to generate the code.
4 Add the HTML and JavaScript code to your web
page. Edit the HTML code as necessary.

To Add a Created Page to your Website:

        1 In the
Create Flash dialog, click the Output

        Options

        icon.

        2 In the
Flash Options section, check the box

        next to
        Create Web Page.

        3 Click
        < Create >.

4 The file containing the new web page will be
saved to the same folder as your web show.
5 Upload the Flash show and the generated web
page to your web server using FTP. Edit the
        HTML code as necessary.

open a blank page in BV then add HTML Box by clicking on the HTML icon...

paste the code your program created in the box....
then click on the file publisher button in BV its the little green arrow and the earth... add files to be published with the page....

if that dont work we'll try again.

Re: Need a flash expert please

everything looks fine on your page. there is just one problem, the flash player controls are cut in half, you should probably figuer a way to resize that so the controls are in full view.

Ok, doing this, have a question-
should I copy all the code for each of the 4 shows into the same HTML box? Since they are all on the same page?

OK, fixed the Demo thing. You mean it's working w/o adding the HTML page stuff???? If so, it was all about the ActiveX instead of plugins.
Any idea how I resize the controls?

Re: Need a flash expert please

The HTML however you built the page this time is correct.

The resize, you can try several different things. First in BV drag the flash box down a little to resize the flash, or double click on the flash file and in the properties there is a scale setting try show all setting.

if those dont work it was probably an error in your flash program when you created the slide show...

THANK YOU!!!! However, you can see it, but I can't! I'm getting the Page not found error! I just cleaned my registry, no good. Had this issue before, but don't remember how I fixed it!
