Trying to Get Going

I am using Microsoft Front Page 2003 to upload my website.
I must be missing some steps and I need some help.

Visit the above site as a reference.
I simply want a page that has my logo and the text "coming soon".
What do I need to do?
By the way I have created the page with my logo and text and have named it index.

you need to take out of that folder and publish directly into the public_html

I did what you said and I get an error when uploading:

425 could not open data connection port 50910: connection timed out

What am I doing wrong?

I got site to ftp properly.

Now My jpeg logo will not show when I access site over the web.
What is missing?

Try re-inserting your logo into the page.

Okay I got the picture, but I am back to square 1.

When I go to my site the logo page does not come up.
I FTP to public html so what is it that I am doing wrong?

I just got it working this morning.
I had to delete all my files I uploaded and then reloaded.
